Warranty Period

All product sold by Sea Turtle Bulbs are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty.  This Limited Warranty applies to physical products purchased from SeaTurtleBulbs.com (the “Purchased Products”).  Any replacement items will be subject to the Warranty coverage term based on one-year period from date of initial purchase.

 

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in Purchased Products for a period of one year.  During the Warranty Period, SeaTurtleBulbs.com will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a Purchased Product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by any conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship of Purchased Products, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Products that no longer operate sufficiently due to misuse or damage
  • Bulbs used in a dimmer fixture when not authorizied for use such a light
  • Bulb usage in an enclosed or fully sealed fixture when the bulbs are not approved for such use
  • Bulb usage that extends beyond the consecutive hourly use specified in the bulb’s directions
  • Purchased Products damaged during shipping
  • Shipping costs

How do you submit a Warranty Claim?

To obtain warranty service, please complete the Warranty Claim Request form.  SeaTurtleBulbs.com will then reply with further instructions for returning the Warrantied Product for inspection.  Acceptance and reply to a RMA claim does not guarantee the the Warranty Claim will be replaced.   Any Purchased Product returned to Seller without an approved RMA claim will not be replaced or returned to purchaser.

What will we do to correct a problem covered under this Limited Warranty?

SeaTurtleBulbs.com will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.  Return eligibility and processing will be inspected by the seller at the time of return to confirm that the improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

How long does the Limited Warranty coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SeaTurtleBulbs.com is one year from the date of purchase.  All Warranty Claims must be made within one year of date of purchase in order to be eligible for replacement.  A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Purchased Product.
