Shipment processing times
Orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
SeaTurtleBulbs.com utilizes UPS for shipping, and utilizes UPS Ground Shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, along with an estimated delivery time provided by UPS. Please note that delivery estimates are approximated by UPS and delivery times may not meet the time estimates provided. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and are outside of the control of SeaTurtleBulbs.com.
Free Shipping
Shipping cost for orders exceeding more than $199.00 dollars (excluding tax and any other fees) will be waived. Free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground shipping method.
Returned & Exchanges Products
The cost of returning items, either for a refund or exchange, are the responsibility for the purchaser unless the item being returned was sent in error by the seller.
Dollar amount associated shipping items sent as an exchange for a returned item, unless sent in error by the seller, do not count toward and are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SeaTurtleBulbs.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Click here to track your shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SeaTurtleBulbs.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes and/or other fees).
Damaged or Lost Items
While SeaTurtleBulbs.com relies on third-party shippers and is not directly responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we will do everything possible to quickly resolve any issues. If your order is received in a damage condition or does not arrive withing three business days of the estimated shipping arrival date, please initiate complete the Product Return Form, indicating that the return is the result of items either damaged or lost during the shipping process. You should save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
