Thirty (30) Day Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Seaturtlebulbs. com.

SeaTurtleBulbs.com (“Company”) offers a 30-Day Return or Exchange Policy, covering any unused and unopened purchased from SeaTurtleBulbs.com (the “Purchased Products”).

In order to apply return a Purchased Product, please fill out the attached Product Return Form, indicating whether you are requesting a refund of your purchase price or an exchange of the Purchased Product for another product sold by SeaTurtleBulbs.com (“Return or Exhange Request).

Please note that the return of any Purchase Product, unless sent in error by the Company,  is subject to a 15% restocking fee (“Restocking Fee”). However, no Restocking Fee will be applied to any amounts associated with Purchased Products that are exchanged, provided that the total dollar amount exchanged is equal to (or greater) than the original purchase amount.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Any Purchased Product not ordered and sent in error by Company will be fully refunded or exchanged, with no Restocking Fee applied.
  • All Return of Exchange Requests first require the submission of Product Return Form.   
  • You will a email reply within three (3) business days of Product Form Submission providing additional details on returns or exchanges (“RMA Processing Reply”). Please note that receipt of a RMA Processing Reply does not automatically guarantee that your product will be eligible for return or return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the disposition of your Return Or Exchange Request.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) business days.
  • All items accepted for refund will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, provided that no Restocking Fee will be applied to any amounts associated with products that are exchanged, provided that the total amount exchanged is equal to (or greater) than the original purchase amount.
  • All returned items must be received by SeaTurtleBulbs.com within 10 business days of receiving RMA Processing Reply.  Any returned items received after this date will not be eligible for a return.
  • Any Purchased Products returned to seller without receipt a RMA Processing Reply will be discarded, and not eligible for any refund or exchange.

 

Shipping Returned or Exchanged Items

  • Unless the item being returned was sent in error by the Company, purchaser is responsible for selecting and arranging own shipping carrier and method for any returned items, and will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • SeaTurtleBulbs.com bears no responsiblity for ensuring the return of your Purchased Products, or for any damage that may result from return shipping.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • All returned items must be received by SeaTurtleBulbs.com within 10 business days of receiving RMA Processing Reply, or within 30 days of original purchase, whichever is later.  Any returned items received after this date will not be eligible for a return, regardless of unexpected delays incurred by the shipper.
